Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Email returns@delreygolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders).

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on domestic orders within the return window. Simply note “exchange” in your return request email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@delreygolf.com with photos — we’ll replace it at no cost.
Final Sale Items
All sale, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
